ABOUT ME
I am an interdisciplinary artist, based in Brisbane, with drawing the underpinning of my practice. My work examines the dualistic and contradictory engagement with nature and our materialistic surrounds. Using haptic based processes, I construct the re-made landscape to mirror man, momentum and season. To capture the essence of place, the sounds, the smell, the felt moments and give form to something that cannot be seen. The process, the play and the lack of conscious design excites me.

In our calculated day to day lives, there is little room for coincidence, chance and the celebration of emotion. Letting go of the comfortable known, allows something fresh and disruptive in.
To let new stories write themselves.
